The Dollhouse Cottage sponsors two miniature
clubs that meet in the store each
month. Both clubs meet once a month.
The first club, The Cottage Club, meets on the first Saturday of each
month, starting at 10:00 a.m. and running about two hours.
The other
club, the Eastside Miniatures Club, meets on Tuesday evening, usually the
third Tuesday of each month. Those meetings run from 6:45pm until about
9:00pm.
Generally both groups work on projects. The Saturday group generally
makes items that take just one
meeting to complete.
The Eastside Club has started working on larger projects which take two, three
or more meetings to complete.
These clubs
are open to everyone and are a great
opportunity to share ideas, show items made or purchased by the club
members, learn new techniques and make new miniature friends! There are
"nominal" annual dues for each club.
So, whether you’re a beginner or an "expert", everyone is welcome to
come and join in the fun.
